Stillpaying
Terms of use
The rules for using Stillpaying and Stillpaying Pro.
Version 2026-10, effective October 1, 2026
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and ODBS LLC (“we”) for the Stillpaying app for iPhone and Android, its online services and this website. On iPhone, Stillpaying is also licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). By using Stillpaying you accept these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
What Stillpaying is and is not
Stillpaying is a tool for keeping track of subscriptions you enter yourself. It shows what they have cost so far and what they are expected to cost, based only on the prices and dates you enter. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.
Stillpaying does not connect to banks, cards or providers. Recording a cancellation, a pause or a free trial in the app does not cancel, pause or change anything with the provider; you do that with them. Past amounts are calculated, not verified transactions, and future amounts are expectations that do not include price changes you have not entered. A total in your default currency is an estimate based on exchange rates that may be out of date. Stillpaying is not financial, tax or legal advice.
Your data
Your subscriptions are stored on your device. Without backup and sync, they are lost if you remove the app or lose the device, so keep your own copy of anything important. With backup and sync, when the same subscription is changed on two devices, the most recent change is kept. You are responsible for what you enter, including notes.
Your account
Stillpaying works without signing in. When the app is connected to our server it keeps a guest account for purchases and backups; you can sign in with Apple or Google to keep it when you change devices. An account is for one person. Keep your device and your Apple or Google account secure, as anyone with access to them can use your Stillpaying account.
Free version and Stillpaying Pro
Stillpaying is free to download. The free version tracks up to 5 subscriptions. Stillpaying Pro adds unlimited subscriptions, renewal reminders, backup and sync, a total across currencies, and the yearly report with CSV export. The included features and limits may change; the app always shows your current plan.
Stillpaying Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, through the App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period are shown by the store before you buy, and payment is charged to your store account. On the App Store, a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; on Google Play, it renews unless you cancel it before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your store account: on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Stillpaying account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
If Stillpaying Pro ends, the Pro features stop. Your backup stays available for restoring, but new changes are no longer backed up.
Fair use
Do not misuse Stillpaying or our services: do not try to get around purchases or limits, disturb or overload our servers, access them other than through the app, or use the service to break the law.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Stillpaying available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or end features. Backup, sync, exchange rates and purchases need an internet connection.
Disclaimers and liability
Stillpaying is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions or payments made on the basis of the amounts the app shows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using Stillpaying at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end your access to our services if you break these terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you a different forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version and date above show the latest one. If a change affects what you agreed to, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue.
