Delete your Stillpaying account

How to delete your account, what is deleted and what is not, and how to ask us if you no longer have the app.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Stillpaying and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete.

If you want a copy of your data, tap Export my data on the same screen first and wait for the download to open.

What is deleted

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. We delete your account’s sign-in links with Apple and Google, your sessions and recovery keys, your backup (every subscription and its price history on our servers), your age declaration, your plan, your data export archives and your feedback messages. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Stillpaying’s access to your Apple account. Your email address and name are removed; only a record that a deleted account with this random ID existed remains.

What is not deleted

Cancel Stillpaying Pro separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a Stillpaying Pro subscription, and the store keeps charging until you cancel it. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

If you no longer have the app

Email info@odbs.tech with the subject “Stillpaying account deletion” and tell us the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account owner; never send passwords or sign-in codes. We reply within 30 days.

If you never signed in, your account is a guest account that we cannot find by email. Delete it in the app; otherwise an unused guest account is deleted automatically after 180 days without activity (400 days if a recovery key is stored), unless it holds an active Stillpaying Pro plan.
