What it does
From the date you started tracking, Stillpaying adds up every renewal and shows the calculated total for each subscription.
A calendar of upcoming renewals and the expected amount for this month, next month and the rest of the year.
A price rise applies from its date. Earlier renewals keep the price they had, so your history stays right.
Mark a free trial, pause a subscription or record the day a cancellation takes effect. Stillpaying also shows what cancelling has saved you.
Start typing and well-known services are suggested with their category. Anything else you can enter yourself.
Every few days, weeks, months or years, or a one-time payment. Each subscription keeps its own currency.
Two honest views
Stillpaying keeps two views apart and never adds them together, so a yearly plan is neither hidden nor counted twice.
Shows the full amount in the month the renewal actually falls.
Spreads every plan evenly across the months, for comparing what each one costs.
Private by default
No bank connection. You enter your subscriptions yourself. Stillpaying never reads your bank account, cards or email.
No account needed. Your subscriptions are stored on your device and the app works without signing in or an internet connection.
Backup only if you want it. With Stillpaying Pro you can sign in with Apple or Google to back up your subscriptions and keep them in sync across your devices.
Analytics only with your permission. Usage analytics are off until you allow them, and they never include your subscriptions, prices or notes.
Stillpaying Pro
The free version tracks up to 5 subscriptions with every view described above. Stillpaying Pro adds:
Track everything you pay for, with no cap.
A notification on the day or 1, 3 or 7 days before a charge, and when a free trial ends.
Keep your subscriptions when you change phones and on all your devices.
An estimated total in your default currency, using recent exchange rates.
Calculated and expected totals by month and by subscription, exported as a CSV file.
Stillpaying Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price before you buy, and you can cancel any time in your store account.
No. Recording a cancellation tells Stillpaying when the subscription ends; you still cancel it with the provider. The app says so where you record it.
No. Stillpaying never connects to banks, cards or email. You add each subscription yourself, which keeps your financial accounts out of the app.
On your device. If you use backup and sync with Stillpaying Pro, a copy is stored on our servers in Frankfurt, Germany, until you delete your account.
Stillpaying calculates from the prices and dates you enter. Future price rises you have not entered are not included, so future amounts are expected, not certain.
No. An account is only needed for backup and sync, which are part of Stillpaying Pro. You can sign in with Apple or Google.
In the app, open Settings, then Account, and tap Delete account. The account deletion page explains what is deleted and how to ask us if you no longer have the app.
Stillpaying is available for iPhone and Android.
