What it does

Every subscription, with its whole story

What it has cost so far

From the date you started tracking, Stillpaying adds up every renewal and shows the calculated total for each subscription.

What is still coming

A calendar of upcoming renewals and the expected amount for this month, next month and the rest of the year.

Price changes kept in order

A price rise applies from its date. Earlier renewals keep the price they had, so your history stays right.

Trials, pauses and cancellations

Mark a free trial, pause a subscription or record the day a cancellation takes effect. Stillpaying also shows what cancelling has saved you.

Hundreds of services to pick from

Start typing and well-known services are suggested with their category. Anything else you can enter yourself.

Any cycle, any currency

Every few days, weeks, months or years, or a one-time payment. Each subscription keeps its own currency.

Two honest views

When you pay and what it averages, never mixed up

Stillpaying keeps two views apart and never adds them together, so a yearly plan is neither hidden nor counted twice.

Payment calendar

Shows the full amount in the month the renewal actually falls.

Monthly equivalent

Spreads every plan evenly across the months, for comparing what each one costs.

Private by default

Your list stays on your phone

  • No bank connection. You enter your subscriptions yourself. Stillpaying never reads your bank account, cards or email.

  • No account needed. Your subscriptions are stored on your device and the app works without signing in or an internet connection.

  • Backup only if you want it. With Stillpaying Pro you can sign in with Apple or Google to back up your subscriptions and keep them in sync across your devices.

  • Analytics only with your permission. Usage analytics are off until you allow them, and they never include your subscriptions, prices or notes.

Privacy policy

Stillpaying Pro

Start free, go Pro when you need more

The free version tracks up to 5 subscriptions with every view described above. Stillpaying Pro adds:

Unlimited subscriptions

Track everything you pay for, with no cap.

Renewal reminders

A notification on the day or 1, 3 or 7 days before a charge, and when a free trial ends.

Backup and sync

Keep your subscriptions when you change phones and on all your devices.

One total across currencies

An estimated total in your default currency, using recent exchange rates.

Yearly report and CSV export

Calculated and expected totals by month and by subscription, exported as a CSV file.

Stillpaying Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price before you buy, and you can cancel any time in your store account.

Questions

Does Stillpaying cancel subscriptions for me?

No. Recording a cancellation tells Stillpaying when the subscription ends; you still cancel it with the provider. The app says so where you record it.

Does Stillpaying connect to my bank or read my email?

No. Stillpaying never connects to banks, cards or email. You add each subscription yourself, which keeps your financial accounts out of the app.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. If you use backup and sync with Stillpaying Pro, a copy is stored on our servers in Frankfurt, Germany, until you delete your account.

Are the amounts exact?

Stillpaying calculates from the prices and dates you enter. Future price rises you have not entered are not included, so future amounts are expected, not certain.

Do I need an account?

No. An account is only needed for backup and sync, which are part of Stillpaying Pro. You can sign in with Apple or Google.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings, then Account, and tap Delete account. The account deletion page explains what is deleted and how to ask us if you no longer have the app.
